But now what do we do?

  1. Hey Sal, How did you get that picture up? I loved it and wanted to use it but I'm too technologically challenged to figure out how to do it! I need to call you.

Yes, that is now the question. What do we do now? Vote for someone you gives me the heebeegeebies because he's Republican (however doubtful) OR vote for a moderatly liberal Democrat whom I believe to be a great and inspiring man, but doesn't agree with the issues that are so important to Romney?

  2. Hey! How are things going? It seems like you have been staying busy. I have a favor to ask. I need the bishops number for the Windcrest ward and I don't have it. Would you be willing to email it to me? I would be very grateful. sylviawentz@gmail.com

  3. I agree w/ k-dub. Obama sounds like a great leader, but some of his policies are um, not my style. But McCain? Yikes. What do we do now?

  4. I know! I like Obama, but when I really think about a liberal in the White House will mean (liberal judges appointed, taxes raised, immigration not taken care of, troops automatically pulled out), I don't know that I can vote for that! McCain's on the damage control train right now, though, isn't he?!

Oh! Kelli, you just have to right click over any picture on the internet and click on "Save Picture As" to save it to your computer. Hope that helps!

  5. This picture captures so much. Don't you feel like you know them..like you kind of lost of friend. I do. Yet I have felt so peaceful (in their passing, like it's a funeral, I think I've been a little too into this). I gave McCain a chance to rally me in today because I was feeling willing...but, it didn't happen. We'll see.

  6. "What do we do?"!! has been the question running through my mind all day. I'm tempted to write in "Mitt Romney."

  7. I was just thinking the same thing as Jessi--maybe I'll just write in "Mitt Romney" on the ballot. I can't stand McCain. I've been way too bothered by him. Yet I also see the other side and all the policies that would drive me crazy from Obama and Hilary. Some I would hate; some wouldn't be that bad. But their personalities are so much better than McLame. I too need time to step back and take a break for awhile, because more than wanting to evaluate policies or likabilities--I'm just missing Mitt too. I'm missing what could have been. And yet if I'm honest about what I hope might be (a future Romney run), than it might be better for him to run after 4 years of having a democrat, just like it was for Reagan after Jimmy Carter. Regan too had to wait another 4 years after loosing the nomination to Gerald Ford in 1976. Let's all hope for Romney in 2012. If he's still up for it, he'll still be the best Republican on the horizon.

  9. This makes me cry--I can't handle it! I am so sad. We have always been partial to OBAMA...that is before my feddish with MITT started happening. I just don't know anymore. I just don't trust it. If an amazing, perfect for the job candidate can't make it...what hope do we have really?

  10. I'll be voting for Ron Paul. There's more than just McCain on the ballot.

No joke! I wish the media covered Ron Paul more than they do.

That said, as a Canadian in Utah, there's not much I can contribute anyway beyond posting comments on blogs and encouraging my husband to represent both of us as he votes... ;)
