True Love

Saw the pile of clothes.
Brought them to the play room.
Sat on an uncomfortable stool.
Turned on the small TV.
Folded our clothes and
Melted my Heart.

  3. Don't you just love Brad? We do. He's awesome! "just doing what I can to help out" That's his motto.

I like his shirt, too. Adoption...it's about LOVE.

I think I'm going to make a shirt that says, "Foster Parenting....it's about fighting your freaking brains out, against all odds, to save a child from his drug addicted, violent parents that the state wants to hand him over to because, after all, they share the same DNA and that's what really counts."

Oh, I guess there's a little bit of energy and emotion behind that. Sorry.

(I won't be offended if you delete this comment...)

  10. Can I sign Steve up for some classes from Brad on how to do things without being asked fifty times? Ha, ha, just kidding. Well, not really. What a sweet hubby you have!

  12. You don't know me, but my name is Sally also and I saw your comment on Emily's blog so I thought I would check out yours. There aren't very many people named Sally under the age of 65. On a totally crazy side note, I'm also from Oregon and my son, who looks to be about the same age as your son, has that same shirt with the orange stipes and number on the front. It's his favorite.

  16. O.K Sal, so I thought since you left a comment on my blog that when I checked your blog I would no longer be looking at Brad's back. I guess I was in dream mode. But that's o.k. because you're Sally and I love you:0)

  17. Ok I'm in love with Brad too! Best picture! Should be sent into some Husband/Father day newspaper contest or something...or something. You know, something REALLY BIG that could make you guys famous. Then you could get a "real pool" put in your backyard (of course you wouldn't move) and we could take your leftovers.

    I'm on it! :)

  18. I listened to your entire play list today really loud while I cleaned my house.

Do you think if you leave this post up long enough you'll eventually get a record number of comments?
